Acceptance

By using PlayKana you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PlayKana on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or its lesson data.

Content

PlayKana uses publicly available linguistic datasets (including JMdict and KANJIDIC for upcoming Kanji content) under their respective licenses. The app’s UI, code, and original content are © Winter Turtle.

Disclaimer

PlayKana is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep lesson data accurate, but PlayKana is a study aid — it is not a substitute for a qualified language teacher or a certified JLPT resource.

Limitation of liability

Winter Turtle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PlayKana.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
